Huck's Broken Bones

We urgently need your help!

Huck is in trouble folks.  Yes, it's late.  It's after hours.  Still, Huck needs YOUR HELP.  Found limping along by animal control, Huck was rushed to our after hours ER vet where the vets are working hard to make him comfortable.  Xrays show he has a broken ulna and radius.  The break is older as his leg is all puffy and swollen.  He needs your help in covering his $300 ER vet bill.  Please give so when he wakes up tomorrow, his bill is paid!

Update Jan 14:  Huck had his new splint put on this morning.  He is a charming fellow who quickly endeared himself to the staff and volunteers whom he met under his care at the vet office.    His bill has run more than we anticipated and we are hoping you will help him once again to close this extra gap in his medical bill.  His bill now stands at $400 vs the $300 we had forecast.  Hoping you can help Huck one more time!

Thank you so much for your support in helping Huck.  Thanks to your help,  Huck received the care he needed.

Huck was found wandering in a neighborhood and animal control was called to please come and pick him up.  It was immediately clear Huck was in pain and was injured.   Xrays revealed he had two broken bones in his front leg.  The breaks were old and he had been hobbling around in pain for several days.   At the vet, Huck's leg was first wrapped up in a soft splint and after 2 days and the swelling going down, he was fitted with a new more solid splint so his leg can properly heal.

Huck will be interviewing soon for his new full time pet position so if you or someone you know is in the market for a chill, bigger boy,  please consider Huck.

Thank you for caring enough to give!
