Community Animals are counting on YOU!

We can't save them all – no matter how hard we try.  BUT, we can make a greater impact in our community by breaking the cycle through spay / neuter.  In neighboring communities in need, pit bull puppies, and other breed dogs, are handed out on the street or sold - very few are spayed or neutered.  Many end up in animal control, and many more end up on the streets, tied in yards, involved in dog fighting, or bred until they die or are discarded. This  initiative reaches into a community in need to spay / neuter dogs in need.  Together, we truly can save more lives as we break the cycle with your support today.

Together we can Break the Cycle for this local home overrun by cats and kittens!

We interrupt our Community Dogs fundraiser with an urgent Community Cats case!  We were contacted with an emergency request for spay assistance in a home in Paterson, where cats are reproducing at a rapid rate, and the owner is in desperate need of rescue assistance.  The home is being overrun by cats and kittens, as the owner is feeling helplessly out of control, unable to afford spay / neuter.  Due to the urgency of the situation, we are assisting through our Community Cats / Dogs program, but we need your help!

We can’t save them all – no matter how hard we try.  BUT, we can make a greater impact in our community by breaking the cycle through spay / neuter.  Did you know that our Community Dogs program goes hand in hand with our Community Cats program by reaching into a community in need to spay / neuter owned pets, TNR feral cats, as well as sponsoring the medical care of homeless animals so that rescue partners can intake.

The owner of these cats had only good intentions, but unintentional litters compound quickly into a situation that is out of control, unhealthy and unfair for these helpless cats and kittens.  RBARI will be providing spay surgery for five of the female cats, as well as providing medical care to two litters of nursing kittens, along with their moms.  With the help of two other rescues, we will be able to break the cycle, with you by our sides.

When you choose a box from our Giving Grid, your gift will help save countless lives as we work tirelessly together to break the cycle. Together, we truly can save more lives!

Community Dogs in need are counting on YOU!

We can’t save them all – no matter how hard we try.  BUT, we can make a greater impact in our community by breaking the cycle through spay / neuter.  RBARI’s Community Dogs initiative reaches into a community in need to spay / neuter owned pets, as well as sponsoring the spay / neuter and medical care of homeless dogs so that rescue partners can intake them.  Together, we truly can save more lives as we break the cycle with your support today.

In neighboring communities in need, pit bull puppies, and other breed dogs, are handed out on the street or sold.  Many end up in animal control, and many more end up on the streets, tied in yards, involved in dog fighting, or bred until they die or are discarded.  It has been our experience that very few are spayed or neutered.

Many residents are open to spay / neuter options but are not actively seeking these options.  That is where WE come in.  RBARI’s Community Dogs program is a free spay / neuter program, with a focus on pit bulls, to decrease breeding, neglect and abandonment.  We additionally sponsor the spay / neuter and medical care of homeless dogs so that rescue partners can intake them.   Hand in hand with our Community Cats / TNR program, we attempt to break the cycle of abuse, abandonment and neglect.

When you choose a box from our Giving Grid, your gift will directly cover medical care for pets in our community, with a special focus on the spay / neuter of bully breeds, and other breed dogs, to prevent breeding, neglect and overpopulation.  Can we count you in on a program that can and will save hundreds of animals from a life of pain and suffering?  Please make a donation now – and help us to break the cycle.
