Please Help Pay Vet Bills for Sam

Urgent help needed for Sam!

For the last 2 months, a WPR volunteer in Waverly, Iowa, has been feeding a stray cat in her neighborhood. She was hoping in time to convince him to let her pet him but he would always run away. Last week she noticed he had a wound on him so decided to trap him and get him to the vet. He is now neutered, has all shots, and tested FeLV / FIV negative. His wound has also been treated and is healing. His name is now Sam. Please help us pay for these vet bills for Sam. After our discount, his bills came to $324.72. Thank you for helping us pay these bills! We are grateful for your donations so we can pay vet bills and stay open. Thank you!

We are grateful for any amount of help!

Sam is feral and not adoptable. He has gone to a wonderful farm where he will have compassionate cat loving owners, a warm barn, food, water. All their farm cats end up being semi-feral because they spend a lot of time making friends with their farm cats. This is such a better life for him than on the streets of Waverly and all the dangers out there for stray cats. He is set up in an enclosed spot on the farm for several weeks until he gets released. We also sent along $50 worth of food to help start Sam off in his new farm home.
