Adopt-A-Fence Fundraiser - Phase 2

Our rescued farm animals need your help to build a safe and secure 3/4 acre fence along the river of our property. Thanks to many generous donations, we can go to Phase 2 to buy 210 wood rails (for safety, 3 rails are needed between each post). Each donation of $20 buys 1 rail. To show our thanks, your name will be engraved into the rail(s) you adopt and your name will be entered into a draw to win 2 night's accommodation for 1-2 people at our vegan guest house and farm stay, which includes a sanctuary tour to meet all the residents (estimated value $300, selected dates) OR win a swag bag of vegan goodies and products (of equivalent value).

Hi everyone! Thank you again to everyone who kindly donated and adopted a fence post(s) or rail(s) to build a much needed day paddock for the animals, especially our 2 rescued horses. And I wanted to give you an update on the project. Although it’s been a very challenging summer with the hot weather, drought, and wildfires around us, we have slowly but steadily finished fencing about 2/3 of the area. We have raised $1,935 of the $3,500 goal and hope to raise the rest of the funds and have the paddock ready for use by August 31! That day, we will also doing the raffle draw to win 2 nights stay at our farm or win a gift basket (estimated value is $350). In the fall, we plan to engrave your names into the posts/rails and will send each of you a personal picture of your name engraved on a post/rail. We only need to raise $1555 to pay for the rest of the rails, so we are asking donors to consider adopting another rail or more. It would also be so helpful for us if you could share this fundraiser in social media. Thank you again!! From everyone at Eden’s Way Farm Sanctuary.

About the Organization

Eden's Way Farm Sanctuary is a registered non-profit organization in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. Founded in 2019, we currently offer a permanent safe haven to rescued farm animals. Currently, we have 3 cows, 2 horses, 3 goats, 2 sheep, 3 chickens, 3 peacocks, and 8 rabbits. In order to expand our capacity, especially for larger animals, we need to build more infrastructure and fencing.
