GivingTuesday: No More Silent Suffering

Urgent help needed for GivingTuesday!

On the postcard beaches of the Bahamas, where the world comes to relax, a silent crisis unfolds every single day.

Behind the resorts, in empty lots, ditches, abandoned cars, and trash-strewn fields, thousands of stray potcake dogs fight to survive hunger, heat, cruelty, and neglect. They are overlooked, unheard, and unseen.

They have no one. No food. No shelter. No love. No voice.

But they have you.

Pawtcake Refuge exists for the dogs no one else sees. We rescue the abandoned, the injured, the starving, and the abused.

GivingTuesday is December 2nd. We're asking you to stand with us. Help us continue to be the voice for the voiceless.

Campaign Details

We save those who are shaking in fear, crawling with parasites, covered in wounds, or too weak to stand. We pull them from the streets, rush them to vet care, provide safety, and fight like hell to give them a better life.

And we never give up, because they need us. We are their last hope.

From the streets of Nassau, Bahamas to the safety of our little refuge, your generosity is the bridge between suffering and second chances. On an island where countless dogs are born only to be discarded, hit, poisoned, or ignored, you are the ones who say, “Your life matters.”

Thanks for your support this Giving Tuesday. We are so thankful for our community. You give us the strength to go on.

From all of us at Pawtcake Refuge, thank you for believing in our mission.
