12 Days of Holiday Giving

Last year, our Humane Law division handled over 2000 calls where they had to respond to over 900 cases to rescue animals in distress. And they do this in an older model SUV that is literally falling apart. It cannot fit the equipment necessary for their everyday needs such as dog & cat crates, traps and safety equipment. They also need a 4 wheel drive vehicle because they need to be able to traverse dirt roads, fields and all weather conditions.

Campaign Details

Last year, our Humane Law division handled over 2,000 calls where they had to respond to over 900 cases to rescue animals in distress.  And they do this in an older model SUV that is literally falling apart. It also cannot fit more than one large dog crate, so in cases where there are multiple animals, they have to leave the animals until they can safely transport them individually.  The officers also need to carry a full equipment cache, necessary for their everyday needs such as heart traps, small cat carriers, leashes, catch poles, pet food, investigation and personal safety equipment.  They also need a 4 wheel drive vehicle because they need to be able to traverse dirt roads, fields and all weather conditions.

Working with Healey Chevrolet, who has agreed to match what we can raise, we can purchase a new Chevrolet Tahoe for our Humane Law to successfully transport multiple animals, officers and equipment in one vehicle!

Each and every donation helps us to get one step closer to our goal!
