A roof over their heads!

After we've enjoyed food and family on Thanksgiving, shopped the deals on Black Friday, and clicked through Cyber Monday, GivingTuesday invites us to pause and do something good.

Alongside the 70+ big cats who call In-Sync home, we also care for a small but beloved group known as The Herd—a horse, a donkey, and two goats.

Their current barn was old, extremely small, and far beyond repair.
A recent storm brought down huge branches that nearly destroyed what was left of it.

It's time for a safe, sturdy new barn that protects Layla and Bananas from the Texas heat, rain, and storms.

After we’ve enjoyed food and family on Thanksgiving, shopped the deals on Black Friday, and clicked through Cyber Monday, GivingTuesday invites us to pause and do something good.

December 2nd is GivingTuesday—a global day of generosity created in 2012 to celebrate doing good and helping others.

This year, we’re asking you to help two very special members of the In-Sync Exotics family (https://www.insyncexotics.org)…
Layla the horse and Bananas the donkey.

Meet Layla & Bananas

Alongside the 70+ big cats who call In-Sync home, we also care for a small but beloved group known as The Herd—a horse, a donkey, and two goats.

Layla, a gentle 16-year-old mare, spent much of her life in the foster system. Just a few weeks after Twiggy (our beloved horse) crossed the hooved rainbow bridge, we knew Layla—and our goats—would thrive here with us.

Bananas, the donkey, used to live nearby but kept escaping his pasture. After helping return him several times, his owner decided he no longer wanted him. Eddie stepped in, and Bananas found the safe, loving home he deserves.

These two are part of our family—and right now, they need your help.

Why We Need You

Their current barn was old, extremely small, and far beyond repair.
A recent storm brought down huge branches that nearly destroyed what was left of it.

It’s time for a safe, sturdy new barn that protects Layla and Bananas from the Texas heat, rain, and storms.

To make this happen, we’re raising $11,000 on GivingGrid.

How You Can Help

👉 Pick a square.
👉 Make a donation.
👉 Upload a picture of YOUR pet—or your favorite In-Sync animal.
👉 Help us put a new roof over Layla and Bananas’ heads.

Every square helps us get closer to the barn they desperately need.

In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue & Educational Center

About the Organization

Officially established as a nonprofit organization in 2000, In-Sync Exotics is dedicated to the rescue of neglected, abused and unwanted exotic felines as well as educating the public on the realities of irresponsible and/or illegal exotic animal ownership. It is our dream that one day there will be no need for rescue facilities, but until that day happens we will continue to provide a home and the best possible care for these amazing creatures.
