Paw It Forward #GivingTuesday

Help save the lives of homeless dogs and cats in our community.

By donating and uploading a photo of the pet who has your heart, you will help us care for those dogs and cats who still need a family to love. Please make a #GivingTuesday gift on behalf of your pet and show the world that you have a special place in your heart for the animals.

Celebrate the holidays by knowing you saved lives, four paws at a time.

How can we thank you?? Because of your generosity, we have exceeded our Giving Grid goal and have raised $4,054 as of 3:30 pm! The total goal for Humane Society of Manatee County's Giving Tuesday is $9,000 and it is within reach. Your donation will make it possible for kittens like Walnut to have the life saving surgery to remove her malformed leg and allow her to live a full and happy life.

Please forward this link to friends and family so that they too can participate in this wonderful day of philanthropy. Everyone can also donate on our website at: https://humanesocietyofmanateecounty.wufoo.com/forms/z15hpgwo06i36h7/ or through our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/humanemanatee/

Thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts, for the dogs and cats who depend on the compassion of humans to live their best lives.

Campaign Details

Each year, the Humane Society of Manatee County cares for more than 700 dogs and cats who are neglected, unwanted, unable to stay with their families through no fault of their own, or are in desperate need of veterinary care. With your support, they can have a second chance to have a loving family and steal their hearts, just like your pet has done.

You can save dogs like Amelia, whose ears were so infected from years of neglect, that they had to be removed. She also suffered from heartworm disease and needed immediate treatment. She has recovered and is waiting for her new family.

GivingTuesday falls on December 1st, four days after Black Friday, and the day after Cyber Monday. We ask that if at all possible, you try to spend just a tiny bit less on those days so that you can give a tiny bit to us. If we can get enough people to give us a tiny bit, we can save more lives. We would, even more, be grateful, if you could help a little now, in the spirit GivingTuesday.

We also know that a lot of you are struggling too, so if you’re not in the position to donate, you can also help by sharing our campaign with others you think might want to help or even better, start your own fundraising campaign by clicking the button above that says “Fundraise for this Campaign.” It’s so simple.

Thank you!
