6,000 animals saved and counting

With the summer upon us, dogs and cats are being abandoned at alarming rates.  In addition, pregnancies are up and communicable diseases are rampant.  Paw Works spends over $100,000 a month for the rescue, care and adoption of our pets.  Unfortunately, the summer is a complete drain on our finances and Paw Works is running at a $20,000-$30,000 deficit for the past 3 months.  Please help Paw Works continue our life saving mission.

Paw Works

About the Organization

Established on January 17, 2014, Paw Works was founded with the clear mission: to help make Ventura County "No Kill". By forming a rescue organization designed to place unwanted animals from county and city shelters in permanent homes, they hoped to help ease the tragic burden that is created when owners abandon their animals, and fail to spay or neuter their pets. To date Paw Works has saved nearly 6,000 unwanted dogs and cats.
